Choose a dinner

1. Loaded burger plates

  • 4 Stampede Beef Burgers
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles
  • Frozen fries or a bagged salad

2. Barbecue rib plates

  • Party Ribs BBQ Flavoured Pork Ribs
  • 4 cups prepared coleslaw
  • 4 ears corn or 3 cups corn kernels
  • Extra barbecue sauce, optional

3. Sausage-and-pepper tray

  • 4 Mild Italian Sausages
  • 3 sweet peppers, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 crusty rolls or cooked rice

Three easy methods

Loaded burgers

  1. Cook burgers according to the package directions until they reach the stated safe internal temperature.
  2. Add cheese for the final minute, toast the buns, and serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and your chosen side.

Barbecue rib plates

  1. Heat the ribs according to the package, turning or rotating as directed so the glaze warms evenly.
  2. Cook the corn while the ribs heat. Rest the ribs briefly, then serve with slaw, corn, and extra sauce if desired.

Sausage-and-pepper tray

  1. Heat the oven to 425 F. Toss peppers and onion with olive oil on a lined tray and roast for 10 minutes.
  2. Add sausages and continue cooking according to the package directions, turning once, until the sausages are safely cooked and the vegetables are browned. Serve in rolls or over rice.

One shopping list

Keep buns, bagged slaw, frozen fries, peppers, onions, and pickles on hand. Those basics work across all three dinner ideas.

Batch smart

Cook extra burgers or sausage only if you can cool and refrigerate them promptly. Reheat leftovers until steaming hot.

Make it yours

Add heat with jalapenos, brightness with pickled onions, or freshness with a simple chopped salad and lemon dressing.
